the sony 3d tvs were press released the other day on the sony.com website, no full spec just a lil teaser for people but ive been informed the glasses will probs work by one side being blacked out the other side light then black then light about 100 times a second, to work with the refresh rates and to give you the 3d experience.

Most of the big tv companies released teasers of their 3D tvs at CES last week, whether the public is ready for the tech is the question

Quite likely, as that's how nVidia's 3D Vision works, hence why you need a monitor with 120Hz refresh rate.

Tbh 3D films at home just don't work, the screen is way too small and the effect is ruined as your distracted by everything else in the room...

nvidia version would be for pcs though so the size of screen wouldnt be that large??

these are gonna be ranging from 40 inch through to 60inch, also the sony will probably be using 200hz (240 for americans) i would say its gonna look a lot better than what has currently been out
