Same goes for Harry Redknapp but he's done OK.

Didn't Harry have stints at Bournemouth, West Ham, Southampton and Portsmouth only for him to leave and the clubs end up in the red not long after, all smoke and mirrors.

At least with Avram you get what you see, good manager.

Avram Grant is an excellent manager, and I can see West Ham in the top half consistently while he is in charge if they keep hold of some of their better players.

The best you could of got, considering your new owners.

with them two mockneys in charge they have no chance.

Dont underestimate him, he is tactically excellent. Watch the semi final against Spurs, it went as he planned. He is a football man as well with money not top of his agenda unlike Rednapp

Is it definite, the latest I'd heard was FC Twente.

This is the same manager that Chelsea fans were chanting "You don't know what you're doing" to isn't it?

It's fair.

You gave Chelsea the legends that are Lampard and Terry, as well as Joe Cole.

We give you Zola, Grant, Carlton Cole and Franck Nouble.

You're welcome hammers:thumbsup:

I just meant that he has no charisma and looks like a bulldog.

Harry is an OK manager when he isn't getting clubs into debt.

Champions League.

You have a squad that SHOULD be getting 4th place without question. This isn't an achievement it's just where Spurs should be. Don't make it out to be anymore than it is.

Ahh Chelsea fans, knowledge of all that is football. The voice of educated reason :)

Redknapp is leading the spuds down the same path sadly, the fans are too blinkered to see it and I for one willb e very upset when he leaves them up to their neck in ****...........

Anyway, Grant will do a good job, he's a vastly experienced manager and very good tactically, Zola was just a balding midget who used to be a good player.

I'd like that to be true as much as you.....

but no. I think Spurs will struggle to match their achievements from last season, but they'll be fine.

Joe Cole?
Not a good example, dodgy:thumbsup:
(funny how you suddenly support Chels after they won the league, like most other schoolboys)
