You shouldn't have to pay for it again as it will be tied in with your account.
Just sign in on iTunes with the account and goto purchase it, it will say that it has already been purchased or something along those lines...

How did you go about getting a refund? I have downloaded Apps in the past on my 3G S (not jailbroken) and for some reason, they crash and close straight after launch! Thanks

i downloaded copilot which is suppose to have turn by turn navigation....This has never worked and is still not working on my iphone but i don't care about that anymore.....i just follow the marked path it lays out for you.

When i found this didnt work i contacted copilot and after doing everything they told me to try and rectify the problem i asked for a refund....they told me they can't do it and that i have to contact itunes which i did with a reference number and got my refund no questions asked.

thus why i want to try and find a way to save and restore just this app as when it's deleted i can't get it back

Oh right. How did you contact iTunes?

Backup your iPhone then restore
thrn sync your iPhone with the apps in iTunes

I don't want to restore.....i want to wipe it back to factory settings, then install everything again and not restore.... There is an iphone backup extractor but only does 1 FILE at a time unless paid for
#13
how much is the app?
#14
When you dock your iPhone, iTunes should copy all of your apps to your media library. You can then tick or untick boxes to say which ones you'd want syncing back to your iPhone. Can't you just do this? Let the version you've got copy to your PC, restore factory settings on your iPhone, then just sync that one app back to your iPhone.

Or am I missing something here?

dunno tbh...i'll try it and see....i am really an itunes noob.... :)

is there a way to backup just the one app ?
#17
Sync your iPhone with iTunes then they're backed up
to put them on your new restored iPhone just sync again
#18
yeah i just restored it and choose restore as new iphone and it automatically put all the apps back on which i didn't want.

Is there a way to delete them from itunes ? Well some of them anyways

Right click on them and delete
