Hi Guys

My apologies for the bearer of bad news but as an affiliate of these companies I have just recieved an email from the administrators for this company to say that they have gone in to administration.

That pretty much means that any cashback offers relating to this company are null and void as far as I understand.

Hope you all aren't out of pocket too much!

Yes just heard. Peed off. We have an 18 month contract aswell:x Is there any way we can get out of the contract and go onto pay as you go? I have no clue on where we stand re whn a company dealing with this goes into admistration:?

As far as I understand your contract is with the network provider and thus you are obliged to remain in the contract.

Isn't this old news?

I got Vodafone to reduce my line rental to £5 a month so I didnt get stung much. Recommend anyone who has been hit with this to contact their service provider.

I tried that when Forward Cellular went bust about 4 years ago. The reply from Orange ended in "off"!

I wonder how long before we we have new companies springing up to take their place owned by the same scamming people to do it all over again.

In the case of Forward Cellular, they did get my sympathy. It was the VAT man who did a number of them and they were trying to legitimately pass the cashback on - and did so for the full amount within 30 days. So a great shame they went under - they were a good one!

Sent off something to the 'Mobile Affiailiates LTD' address via special delivery and had it returned to sender today: We were uinable to deliver item because addressee has gone away.
What a load of coblers this whole affair is -- ofcom should ban this cashback stuff.
