Here's my moan...
I have an Alliance and Leicester on-line saver account linked to my Lloyds TSB account. On 25 October I logged onto Alliance Leics and requested a Direct Debit from Lloyds. All okay so far and money arrived in account.
Then for some reason Alliance Leics requested money again on 27 Oct making me vastly overdrawn and so the money was returned DD. This then happened again on 10 Nov and again was rejected due to insufficient funds.
Lloyds are charging me £35 per returned DD so I am left with a bill for £70 just for moving some money!!
Lloyds customer service based in Outer Mongolia and who can't even pronounce my name properly said it is not their fault and Alliance and Leicester are saying it is not their fault??
What shall I do? :cry:
