Im so annoyed , first of all they failed 4 times to pick an item up from my address , sending it back cause they sent the wrong size.
After numerous phone calls and complaints i finally managed to get someone to pick it up about 3-4 weeks after me reqesting them to , they tried to blaim it on a new member of staff who was training!
So i must of got through to the same person everytime i called ....mmmmm
Now im having a problem even getting refunded , 6 weeks since it was sent back they still have not refunded , numerous emails and phone calls yet again , i was told i was refunded when i contacted them .....but no sign of it and i rang my bank to confirm.
Its excuse after excuse , i feel i cant do anything else as i have hit a brick wall with them , they are not even responding to my emails now , even when they did it was taking them a week to reply.
Whats best to do take them to small claims court and report to trading standards?
I dont want to sound harsh but this company have really put me out to many times now and its getting quite boring.
Now as far as they are concerned even though it was a long delay , is that i was refunded 2 weeks ago..... but i know this just is not true
