BBM contacts after white screen

  I may be wrong but i believe wireless synchronisation is where you can restore your contacts through bbm on your new phone using an email address on the previous phone. Did you ever back up your contacts through bbm directly ?

  No, I have never backed up before today. Is the bbm backup something you preform on the handset?
  
  I managed to take the phone apart and clean the connections on the ribbon and the screen worked but the battery fell out while I was putting it back together and since then it's only been white screening, no matter how much I clean that damn ribbon!

  Can be performed on blackberrys program on pc/mac can't remember what its called though. But usually done on the phone locally or saved to an email.

  As it says, the Contacts (Your Address Book) is backed up wirelessly. Do you use gmail or something to sync your contacts?
  
  BBM is backed up automatically if you select the full backup option.
  
  If you wanna be double safe, do a selected backup and ensure "BlackBerry Messenger" is ticked.
