I know it's early but the weekend is forecast to be warm, so I though i would make the most of the season and start early.

I get an email alert the moment there's talk of BBQ.
Looking forward to these recipes
That's what I was missing, no alcohol as it was a school night. My wife likes a chilled cider, I would choose a lager but a nice white wine is very acceptable.
I'm really nervous about using my BBQ in less than typical conditions. Worried the neighbours will think I'm crazy if I'm BBQing for a few hours on a grey and cloudy Autumn day.
When the clocks go forward, next weekend could be the first..
Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice... bottle of Blue Moon mmmmmm

I'm doing them with brie and mild cheddar (separately). Would be interested. In other cheese suggestions. Maybe a camenbert or vignote.

I've done them with mozzarella.
Have you tried Pie D'Angloys instead of Camembert or Brie? M&S do a nice one and some supermarkets stock the Coeur de Lion branded one.
It has a little more flavour and is very rich and creamy.
Monterrey Jack also works well in burgers.
