Just thought i should tell you whats happened so youll know....
Bought something last monday, it arrived tuesday, i HATED it, so decided to send it back to ebuyer, they recieved it wednesday, emailed me wednesday at 4pm'ish to say id been refunded, i was like great.
Kept checking my bank, up until today, STILL NO REFUND, depite the 2 emails from ebuyer saying it would take 3 working days maximum.
Decided to give them a ring today being its 5 working days later, and thought it was an incredibly long refund...
I rang, and he said, yeah, its definatly been refunded on wednesday i can see it here.
While im on the phone i got an email from google checkout, opened it up, to be told id just recieved a refund from ebuyer.
I told the guy on the end of the phone, and he said, hold on ill look into it.
He came back and said "unfortunatly it seemed it didnt send you the refund before i refreshed your account, and me doing this has made it do so"
So, now im a little bit miffed to say the least, he apologised, but, well - why email saying ive been sent a refund if i havent.
Anyway, the whole point in this thread isnt for a moan or any sympathy, its just to let you lot know what might happpen if you need a refund :geek: since i know a few of you will have used google checkout.
