How does Product Tester Work?
At Tomy, we are committed to providing products that suit the needs of our customers and are always keen to receive feedback on product before and after we launch them.

To ensure we constantly monitor and improve our products, we regularly recruit Tomy product testers to give feedback on our range of products.

Each month, we select tester groups from people who have signed up to become Tomy Product Testers. We make our selection based on your childs date of birth and gender depending on which product we are testing.

The 'terms and condition' state that we have to pay for the item and also the delivery charge.
I wouldn't mind product testing if i didnt have to pay for the goods and was able to keep them for free after but theres no mention of that in the small print.
Holly100 could you clarify?

...but then they state that as "a thankyou" you can keep the product, well if you'd paid for it I'd hope so! I think the t&c's are for something else

The T's & C's are for sales "These terms and conditions relate specifically to the sale of products by us to you".

There's a link to their privacy policy which is probably why you need to agree to them.

i signed up for this when my son was younger and never had a thing from them.

Same.

I know quite a few people who have signed up and all they have got is the odd promotional letter trying to sell them stuff.
