Hi all,

I am going to become a LTD Company shortly and just wondered if anyone on here owns or is part of one and what the required documentation is that needs to be sent to company house on an annual basis (i.e financial documents etc)

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

You can set up a limited company using http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk but it's cheaper and quicker to use an affiliate believe it or not (i think £50 or so with companies house and you have to wait 3 days) or 3 hours and £30 with an affiliate like this www.toptaxback.com/companyformations. I'm sure an affiliate will be able to help you with the pros and cons of Limited Company.

i use these for my accountancy. used them for a while now & never had a problem. very good & on the ball. tell them Blaze Solutions sent you & we'll split the recommend fee (£75)

They will do everything for you, company formation etc. It costs £100 to setup but that includes your first months fees which are £88. so i theory £12 to setup you company and save any hassle
