Right ok, i bought a ghd straightener through Amazon, the one i bought was the wide plates one's but they have sent me the small plate one's, i messaged them this morning but they haven't got back to me... should i just keep these & save all the hassle, emailsss & returns etc
Which 1 would you say are best Wide or Slim? Help pls ta.x

It depends on your hair length, if it thick/long the wide ones will be better.

Maybe give the seller a bit longer to get in contact?

i have the slim ones,i have short hair but my daughter has long and we both use them,i think the slim ones are easier to use imo.x

again depends on your hair, if its thick and curly better with wide plates but you will know better :)

Are the wide ones more expensive or the same price? Personally, I'd ask amazon to supply what you paid for, they should pay the return postage afaik...

yeh my hair is quite long & thick, i messaged them 1st thing around 10.30am so i would of thought they would have seen the email by now... just my luck lol does anyone know the returns procedure through amazon i mean payments wise?

why would you say wide are better? apart from it maybe taking less time to do..

Deffo send back. Don't just hold back beacuse it'll cause them hassle. They should provide what you ordered.

Is there not a contact number rather than relying on emails?

You sent me the wrong stuff

As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, go to the Returns Support Centre and print out a personalised return label for your item. thnx just followed your guide & this msg came up- hairproductsuk has not specified their refund and returns policy. Please contact hairproductsuk directly, & i have just read there feedback which is 95% & 1 neg said " "Having ordered my item a week before when it was needed as a birthday present, it arrived days later. During this time I was contacted by amazon saying that HairProductsUK had failed to despatch on time. I emailed the company but never received a reply. Despite this, I did eventually receive the product as described." so it sounds like what i thought would be a quick buy its now going to be a draaag lol defo going to phone in morn, thnx for all your help your a star! :)
