Any remedies? my sleep pattern was so destroyed going to bed 3am, then 4am then 5am then all the way up to 10am daily later each night.
I eventually managed to go to bed at 12.30am Tuesday night as I had to be up 8am Wednesday and managed to go to bed around 1am each night after that but feeling really rough and even getting 12 hours a day sleep I feel awful and im waking up constantly during the night and it takes ages so that may be why to i.e broken sleep.
When im up I stay awake but feel like I need to go back to sleep as im exhausted.
lol any advice.
