I pay £19.99 every month for an O2 simplicity sim. I get 600 mins, unlimited texts and unlimited internet. I've had the contract about 10 months now and never had a problem but today they have emailed to say my online bill is ready and that it is £52.59.
Had a quick look thinking what the hell has caused that and noticed that it says I only have 600 inclusive txts now and doesn't mention the internet at all.
Has anyone else had this happen to them? Have they sent me something saying that their tariffs are all changing that i've ignored or have they just messed up? Typical that I didn't spot it until after they're closed for the night.
