although oasis are good they certainly would not be and never have been the greatest band since the beatles if you give it carefull consideration and think about song writing to filling out stadiums and everything inbetween then you would have to look at a band like U2

personally I'd say Gomez but looking at it objectively then you'd be hard pressed to look further than oasis. Its just a ptiy their music has been hijacked by scummy neds who use it as their anthem whilst drinking buckfast and cider.
