Hello, I was wondering if any of you out there who are regular Euro Disney visitors know of the most practical way to get to and also the cheapest way to stay at Euro Disney for approx 3 nights please. I would like to take my son for his birthday in August (I also have year old baby to take into consideration) Thank you in advance for any thoughts

If you can book it yourself rather than through a travel agent it tends to be cheaper, look on the budget airlines if you're flying.
If you book by 10th April (I think) children under 12 go for free.
The hotels santa fe and cheyenne are cheaper, but the partner hotels also offer the free shuttle buses so you may get a good deal there. Of course, if you're driving, the davy crockett ranch is self catering so cheaper than hotels, but no shuttle there, hence needing to take a car.

We went a few times when the children were young, we always had a great time.
We stayed on site at the hotels twice but several times at Davy Crockett. We much preferred the freedom of the Davy Crockett, You get a large lodge (posh caravan) in a forest instead of all in one room. You can sit outside in the evening when the children are in bed. They are (were) very well equipped with dishwashers etc.
But .... you have to drive, there is no shuttle to take you to the park.
It's about a 3 hour drive from Calais, from memory, to the davy Crocket and a 20 minute drive each day to the main parks.
Have a great time!

Lots of information here http://www.dlrpmagic.com and click on 'Forum' at the top - there are loads of Disneyland experts who are extremely helpful.
