  i went to see opeth in manchester a few years back and i was walking drunkenly down the street after and i bumped into the band! Mikael Åkerfeldt gave me a hug :)
  metallica at wembly for their sick of the studio tour was another fave :)

  Legendary gig. Not the most polished I've seen and weather was diabolical, but stands out as the best I've been to (I've seen them 5 times) It was great seeing Gabriel as the front man pushingan Collins back to drums where he should have remained.
  
  Uriah Heep at the Rainbow (date unknown) was legendary for the wrong reason. Despite being (allegedly) the loudest band around, I managed to fall asleep. Sooooo boring!
  
  Other good bands worthy of note I've seen... Floyd, Yes, Queen, BOC, Who, Clash, Rainbow, Thin Lizzy, Police....... to name but a few!
