really struggling to think of a good feelgood movie released this year.

I need to come up with one because I buy a DVd for the folk in the nursing home my Mum is in and all the old dears watch it on Christmas Day afternoon.

Last year was easy - Mama Mia

but I can't thisnk of an obvious choice for this year and they will all expect me to turn up with a DVD

Any ideas folks

If they are older folk why not go for an older film they havent seen or havent seen in a while, Have they ever seen Stand By Me or this film

I enjoyed "The Boat That Rocked" some great uplifting moments.It helped me laugh when things were dire.
