Yes, thought I'd give you a bump. :) We stayed in one two metro stops from DLP year before last, chosen for price. It was very cheap for a family room, but I wouldn't recommend it...

I havent actually been there yet but I have found out loads about it on The Disboards.

Sequoia lodge looks good to me and is the one we are thinking of booking.

Follow this link:

At the top of the page there is a sticky for info on every hotel.
If that leaves your questions unanswered then just post your questions on the form as they know all there is to know about DLRP!

We stayed in the Sequoia Lodge last week-it was fine. Clean and nice. Two big double beds and enough room for the kids to play too-separate room with the loo and bath/shower and the sink-so you can have one in the shower and one at the sink at the same time if they are shy !

We loved it.

But, unless yuo want to eat McDonalds all week-go for the half board-we weren't sre-bt saved a fortune. The hotels do buffet food and its 13 euros for each child (that included a 3 year old !) and 27euros for an adult meal !

Feel free to ask anything else !

oh, forgot to say-New York is the nearest hotel-apart from the Disney Hotel itself which is at the park doors, but the Sequoia lodge is literally the next hotel !
