Hi,

My mam wants to watch freeview when she's in bed, so Im after an indoor aerial for her.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Im after a really good one, to make sure that it would work, as ive used some before and they've failed miserably (they were cheap ones anyways)

Anyone help?

i got one that goes in the loft a full kit think it was about £15 or £20. from wickes. easy 2 set up. just make a little hole in the ceiling for the wire, put the wire through and put it in the freeview box turn the tv up loud ,go back in the loft and move it around till you hear the tv and fix it. i've had one for about a year no problems. hope that helps

If she has a fitted cupboard in the room drop a cable from the loft into cupboard and along skirting.
Get one of these, great signal.

I too have a 'One for all' The only problem I have is it picks up lots of interference from mobile phones, laptops and things...

In my old house I picked up a cheap aerial from wilkos and stuck it in the loft and punched a cable through the ceiling... Very simply and quick, the only interference is by moped's... but thats it...

cheers peeps.
Installing one from the loft sounds like a good idea, and yes she does have a built in cupboard.

Thanks.

nice one, my signal went from about an eighth on the weaker channels to full power on this aerial and that was changing from an old analogue loft aerial with the blue cap, to the argos one.
well impressed and a doddle to fit
