Hi,

Just bought an Ipod Classic (Black) and looking for some good in ear headphones to go with it. Not being much of an audiophile lately I'm out of touch with what good ones are out there. I've read the Sennheiser CX300s are good but a little out of date now. Have these been superceeded? Any good makes and models you guys could recommend along with where to pickup at a good price. Had a look at CX300's on ebay but seem to be a lot of fakes.

Thansk in advance!

Shure E2C's here, but you have to like and not mind in ear canal things, but thats the only way to enjoy in ear music imo, all these flat things are awful and don't fit me.

I would agree, the flat things can be a real nightmare, especially if you ever try to use the when running or in the gym, they just fall out of my ears!

Got my Sennheiser Cx400s and they are awesome, really comfy fit in the ear, very secure, good sound quality.

I was listening to Newton Faulkner and thought they were crackling a bit, but it is actually the percussion on the track that I can hear!

I use the CX300's and would recommend them. I lost one of my ear buds so i just got another pair of CX300's cos i can't fault them.

You paid £220 for headphones? You mean, like those things you can get for £5?! Damn, you got stung lol.

I bought some in January, lost them, and bought another pair a few days ago. They're the best thing ever, glad the insurance paid for the second pair tho (well, I had to pay £100 excess, but they'd been reduced since Jan so it cost me £60).
