best mobile phone offer out right now?!

hello HUKD folk

bit of advice needed

my phone contract is up at the end of the month: i'm currently on o2 paying £35 a month including insurance

i'm currently assessing my situation

anyone know the best deals out there at the moment?

ideally i'm looking for a decent phone with a basic tariff (i dont use my phone that much) BUT with a free gift (like a PS3, Wii etc) so i can sell on and make a profit for a couple of hundred quid.

the phone i'd ideally like is the nokia n95, but i doubt this will be included in a decent deal with a free gift

alternatively i'm going to stay with o2 and just blag a contract for around £20 a month with the nokia n95

anyone recently been looking at phones or know the best place to look for them? i've heard rumors that alot of the phone companies on the internet promise you the free gifts but they fall through? i know one of my friends recently got a big 32'' sony lcd tv from carphone warehouse.

Any advice welcomed! :)

If you can cope with a **** camera, no flash and a very poor keyboard... At least £35 a month and £169 then I would recommend that too...

not really interested in an iPhone - not a fan of parting with £150 for a phone

You can only get quidco if you order online... try to squeeze out the best deal by threatening to cancel...

i just rang them up. apparently i have to wait until may 20th to do this

but he kinda gave the game away, on the 20th a "pot" of money will show on my account in which he can then use to give me a best deal possible, considering things such as how long i've been there and spent.

should prove fruitful now i know what their process is....my first question will be "how much is the pot of money showing on my account"...cant wait for their reaction! :)

I would go INSTORE and get this, umm of the top of my head you can have

600 mins and
unlimited texts
or
700 mins
100 texts
unlimited landlines calls

for £27

by trading in ANY old WORKING phone and they give you £150 credit there and then

and then depending on where your working they will give 10% EXTRA of your line rental.....take in a pay slip

with the extra £150 buy back credit and 10% line rental discount ull get line rental for about £23

Most of the latest phones are free e.g Nokia 6500 / 6500 Slide!
