Best Phone Retailer (for Cashback etc)

Hi All,

My contract is up for renewal and I was wondering what the most reputable cash-back dealer? Was going to go for a deal with 3..

I've gone through TheMobileOutlet before and they didn't pay out, citing silly T&Cs despite them having sent me various differing T&Cs.

If you could advise, I'd be very grateful, as I don't want to go for the basic 3 offers!

Many thanks!

Three offers are generally very hard to come across and you can usually get the best deals direct from three cashback-free, with some money back via www.quidco.com

Thanks for the reply. I've looked at many sites (eg e2save, onestopphoneshop) etc, and the deals look great, however in your feedback threads there are always countless examples of unhappy customers. On a contract with potential initial price (before cashback) of £45/month, I'd rather not take the chance with these people not paying out, and go for something direct from three.

Thanks!

e2save, OneStopPhoneShop, the PhoneSpot, CarphoneWarehouse are all one company.

As are Phones4U and Mobiles2YourDoor.

All very reputable. Just remember that people who've had a bad experience are more likely to post in that thread than those who haven't. With all companies there's a bit of bad feedback regardless of what they do (I'm sure a lot of people hate Tesco/ASDA but I still shop there) and I don't believe it's always the company's fault...

If you go with one of the sites I listed above and follow their T&Cs and http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?t=47909 that thread then you'll be fine.

As I say though, Three imposed strict regulations on companies offering cashback deals and it's killed off the cashback deals with them now. They used to be great...

As Ducky has said most posts are from those people who have had a bad experience, and then with a bit of digging into the posts they have not really complied with the T&Cs to the letter - so what do they expect, thes rretailers are in the business to make money, not bail out those who can't be bothered to read the T&Cs correctly.

I have used CPW Group for at least three years now and they have paid out every time. in fact e2save pay out very quickly.

Just follow the rules, post bt RM SD for better security if the value is high, but use RM RD at the very least. Always include a covering letter, especially if you have ported a number or there is any room for doubt.
