My kids cheer me up or a bit of retail therapy.

I've been ill for three weeks, a different thing each week, it's frustrating as i am rarely I'll.

It's hard to do anything when you have no energy. I just wanna whinei don't think even shopping could help, maybe if someone came in took care of all the cleaning cooking and then drove me to a spa for a massage.

I'm stuck in at home, it's tipping it down and the kids are doing my head in!

May look for one of my comedy dvds though if I can sneak upstairs

Take a look at Japan on the news and then be thankful.

Can't beat a bit of humbling to realise you are just sulking.

Sulking and Down = 2 different things

Yes its bad whats going on in Japan, but I don't see how wanting to pick myself up is doing that any harm.

Charity begins it home, I believe is the saying

Have decided that a drink seems like a good idea - and maybe a visit to a couple of old friends who I have seen for a couple of years may do the trick

I may just be doing that tonight (or 2) :p

Been ill and 2 hours a night sleep since a week and a half ago - add it the normal stresses of family life, work and everything else and thats where I am at the mo.
Not after tonight though I would hope :)

I gig regularly, so it just won't hit the parts that I need it to

Celebrity juice has got me screeming out loud at minute. Other week Keith had an old dude naked and instead of saying shating he stroked the old mans thing and said shawilly. That program never fails to cheer me up. Get it series linked on sky. Best show on tv.

Just about to go out now, but what did put a smile on my face was watching some Father Ted episodes - timeless! :)

I live near Loch Lomond and a drive down there and a walk round has me feeling great. Fresh air will clear your head and put a spring back in your step :)

My dog, without a doubt - she's always happy and fun to be around :)

Nature too, just this morning sitting with the back door open and hearing just the birds and seeing some light rain.

Simple but it works for me!
