I just replied in your other thread about this lol
Here again:

For the back?
Are those metal on the back like the old ipods or are they plastic?
(I have an old U2 ipod so I don´t know...)

If it´s plastic, use polywatch or displex (I have used that for cds, dvds, games, cell phones, handhelds etc for like 10 years now)
If it´s metal I have no idea LOL

Brasso, it`s a very fine abrasive..

Toothpaste is a mild abrasive too, would that work?

Appears so: wikihow

read somewhere online that brasso doesn't work because the cloth its used with leaves fine scratches itself.

don't think dad has t-cut, someone maybe will, any idea how much it is anyway?

Use the liquid on a lint free cloth, not the cloth in a tin type. :p

do not use tcut, it is more abrasive than autosol. as for a cloth? lint free polishing cloth or a 100% cotton (old) tshirt :)
