Spray them with suede protector. I use the one from Kiwi. I think I got mine from Morrisons

Timberland offers leather and suede boots, shoes and sandals. Owners can extend the life of Timberlands and keep them looking like new with proper care and maintenance, including regular cleaning and application of a leather or suede protector. Suede is especially sensitive to water and oil-based cleaning products. Timberland offers a range of cleaning products for use on its boots, shoes and sandals.

things you'll need:

* Leather cleaner
* 3 or 4 soft cloths
* Leather and suede protector
* Suede brush
* Solvent-based suede cleaner
* Cloth

1.
Leather
* 1

Dampen a cloth with warm water and wring it out. Wipe any excess dirt from the Timberlands.
* 2

Remove the shoelaces to ensure access to all parts of the shoe surface. Apply leather cleaner to a dry cloth according to the package instructions. Wipe the Timberlands thoroughly with the cloth.
* 3

Apply leather conditioner to a clean cloth. Wipe a thin layer of conditioner over the leather surface. Remove excess with a clean section of the cloth.
* 4

Spray an even layer of leather protector onto the Timberlands. Allow it to dry for at least 15 minutes or for the amount of time specified on the package.
* 5

Replace the shoelaces.
Suede
* 1

Brush the Timberlands with a suede brush to remove dirt and loosen stains.
* 2

Spray enough suede cleaner on the Timberlands to cover any stained areas.
* 3

Wipe the Timberlands with a soft, dry cloth to remove the stains.
* 4

Brush the Timberlands with the suede brush once again. The goal here is to fluff the nap, which may have flattened during the cleaning process.
* 5

Spray an even layer of suede protector onto the Timberlands and allow it to dry for at least 15 minutes.
