nightmare knowing when to go for it isnt it?? currency seems to be fluctuating so much, not just the euro-I ordered turkish lira last week from thomas cook-took 48 hours for them to get my currency-when I went to collect it,it was 70 quid cheaper than the price they quoted me 2 days earlier!

personally believe the euro will get continually better for a while yet,but nobody can be certain

if the pounds up then do it, has been higher in previous weeks though so might be worth waiting? (check the 1week or 1month view)

In a month from 14th May it has moved less than 5 cents either way.
That is less than £30.00.
Don't think it is going to make much difference, but I would be inclined to hold off buying just now.
Keep watching the figures though.

may only be £30 but i find its more about the satisfaction factor that you got a good deal, rather than seeing it drop. the monetary value is secondary its like a mind set weve grown accustomed to.......well for me anyway

i generally buy in the country im going but will get a few for the landing

That's why I said "but I would be inclined to hold off buying just now.".
If only there was a way of seeing into the future then we would know when the right time to buy was.

There was a guy on here who thought he would be able to do just that.
Oh wait.....
