i do three classes at the gym;

monday: body combat
wedensday: step
friday: body attack

i done my foot in during step on wednesday :( it happens frequently and i spoke to the attack instructor today who told me that i shouldnt be wearing nike shox! hmmm...its because they dont give u a solid base for ur heel....se mentioned getting some cross trainer trainers for attack and combat and high shoes for support around the ankle for step.

was wondering if anyone had any trainers they reccommended that fit into above criteria. thanks

I no idea about this but what kind of prices was the most you wanted to pay,that might be helpful to add,cos they vary so much.

a good pair of cross trainer with cushioning(mainly for step) will do you for the lot,try the asics gel range,used to wear those when I was teaching classes a few tears ago,try to go independent shop rather than JD sports type shops as you will be able to try them on and have a jump around in them

Yes,I saw the 20% off too on 2nd pair but we just got the 1 pair,no1 else needed any.
I'm not really into wearing trainers and got a pair anyway for when I do need them,stopped dance classes now so not in need new pair. My partner only wearing Vans at moment and lil girl her feet so narrow and Clarks send me away these days as F not small enough fitting for school shoes,I go to Canterbury to a Start Rite stockist,there a shoe shop near the cathedral,think it's Kennedy's or something.
