My friend's just got my a Nintendo Wii UK version and I've already got a Wii in the post from Amazon.de that he wasn't aware of.

So I somehow have to either post the Wii back to Amazon.de, or ship it to somewhere in the UK. I imagine the latter since a lot of people over here want one, and if I throw in the EU converter I purchased it'll be more use to someone in the UK than it will in Germany.

So! I'm just wondering what the best way is to ship it? My other friend sent off a 360 through Royal Mail not so long back and it cost him £20, something I'd like to avoid if possible!

Cheers

Cheers, is that not just for foreign goods though?

Thinking about it, I may have to stick with Royal Mail anyway - I'm at work until 4pm every day, and I work in a secure site so the delivery guy couldn't collect it from here :(

Have a look on quidco for Interparcel. I use them quite a lot, very reasonable prices :)

Thanks for this, I need to send a package to Brazil, and I was going to use Fed-Ex at a cost of £73. DHL will hopefully charge £25 :)

I will try it tomorrow, if it works rep coming your way.

I won't leave rep now, don't want to be accused of suffering from premature congratulations. :giggle:

Make an account first saint and get a further 5% off.

Go through the quidco link, then go to "Home"
At the bottom of the page there's an option to log in or register.
Registered users get 5% off usually :)
They're really good as they send you a tracking email, you just click the link in the email and it updates regularly to tell you exactly where your package is.

Just to confirm, DHL came and collected my package.

They gave a slot of 10.00-12.00, they were a little late, they arrived at 12.15.

Quidco has tracked, and due for payment in Jan. :)

BEWARE!!! Someone will be along shortly no doubt telling you to sue for breach of contract and someone else will probably start a petition to ban all mention of DHL on HUKD.

I've already been nice once within the last 7 days, it's against my nature to be nice again. ;-)
