hi guys, i am looking for a flight, unfathomably they dont go direct on the dates i need to go.

there is a stop in Russia, but its for 12hours, during those hours, are we allowed to leave the airport or not?

1. They don't want to be. The Russians do not want their affairs managed by European nations, and they do not want to give up any of their power, real or perceived.

2. Only a part of Russia is actually in Europe. Most of it is in Asia. This is the same reason why Turkey is not a member.

3.Joining the EU would hinder Russia's ability to make independent decisions. Also, many in the EU hold the opinion that Russia is too big to integrate .

4.Russia does not yet meet the Copenhagen Criteria.
