Looking to possibly purchase a new bike for a few triathlons I have coming up (1 is an Ironman 70.3).

I currently have a wilier escape road bike on a 12-25 chainset, my IM has nearly 6000ft of elevation and tbh my gears just dont cut it. Got a qoute of around £70 to upgrade to a 11/28 but wonder if I will actually notice the difference or weather its better to use the bike to work scheme and get either the Giant Defy 1 or the Cube Attempt.

Any advise would be great!
