Haven't eaten any for a while, but the stroop wafelshttp://www.debakkers.nl/images/stroop.jpg or honey waffles you get on the continent. Just slightly bigger than the rim of a mug - they are 2 very thin buttery waffled 'shortbreads' sandwiched together with a layer of honey. You balance them over a mug of hot coffee, and the heat melts the honey and makes them a bit chewy...Mmmm yummy!

QI is the source of all knowledge!

jaffa cakes are cakes. there was a big deal about it in court because of vat reasons. there is no vat on cakes but there is on biscuits.
[mod]#33
I like to eat all the biscuit/cake and chocolate first and leave the jaffa bit till last. :)

Totally random.
#34

I like to nibble the cake and biscuit from around the edge (so not getting any of the jaffa bit), then suck the 'jaffa disc' thats left with chocolate on one side and cake on the other! :whistling:

Not to be done in company! :giggle:

Now thats random!

2 words, jammie dogger :-D

Can't believe the spelling police are all over this thread & no-one spotted 'Handy Andy' doing a spot of jammie dogging (sicko)!!?!?

(J.Dance...those better be the proper Pink Panther ones & not some cheap value basics range you're chomping on!!!)

pink wafers

I loved those wafery things with mallow on either side and jam in the middle :) They were the bees knees
