Bit of a weird one, can anyone give me a rough idea of calories for this?

ok, started a new diet, whipped up a huge batch of vegetable soup today, but have no idea what the calories might be. Can anyone give me a guess?

4 average leeks
5 sticks celery
2 large onions

fried in in about a tablespoon of olive oil.

then added to about a kilo of carrots, 1 small/medium swede, half white cabbage and a tin of chopped tomatoes. mixed dried herbs, dried sage, chilli paste, 4 stock cubes. salt and pepper

that's it. it's made a huge pan, I'd say about 15 decent portions.

Any idea what kind of calories I'd be looking at for a portion??

It's lush, lol

I normally stick to potato and leek soup when I make one, but as I'm on a diet i wanted to avoid all that potato, lol

Very negligable calories per portion, not relly enough to count probably.

Most come from the stock cubes and oil I would guess.

per portion about 100caliores.

I tend not to count veg as apart of my calorie intake.

it horendus after a few days of eating it all the time

if you follow the soup diet ity works very well i know people that have lost stones on it within a month

but its not good for you and you only really lose water weight and most put it back on after the diet if they go back to the same as they weree before

just google the soup diet i cant find it on comp

http://www.everydiet.org/diet/cabbage-soup-diet its alot like this one but everyone puts their own bits onto it

people say its what heart foundation created for people going in for heart surgery that need to lose weight fast but they deny it
