They offer payment by paypal so is there any safety there if using them?

Has anyone had dealings that can confirm their genuiness.

Is this just a bit of advertising as they are most certainly not cheap? :?

Everything on there is far cheaper using the usual sites.

Hi I am no way connected to this company and was asking as my son was going to buy a ps3 off them and I could not find out anything about them.
I would hate him to lose his money but if they have been trading for a few months maybe they are ok but I will get him to shop around the net to find comparable prices.

Hi As I said have no connection whatsoever with Bizits apart from ordering a ps3 plus extras last Monday. I too was a bit skeptical it being a new site but everyone starts somewhere. I sent many emails to them as I was worried about comments on forums like this. Every email was answered by someone called John who I think runs the company. He was obliging and when asked about lack of a phone number he said there will be one on the site next week so check it out.
This morning (Saturday) exactly when he said it would arrive and by business post my order arrived in top condition.
Tried everything included and evreything was fine.
As others on here have trusted them I say do not worry as I have been treated fine and the ps3 etc was a really good deal for me.
I do not know what they were doing wrong perhaps impatience and worry took over.

I have looked on this website and they have nintendo wii's coming in on the 10th of december and you can pre order them. i emailed this company last thursday and i have'nt had a reply from them

It's a bit odd that they have their wii's priced at £178.01, why wouldn't they sell them at rrp? it's not like it would be difficult.

It seems a bit suspicious.

I emailed john from Bizits and i emailed the webhosting company. I firstly asked for assurances his site was legit.. no reply. So i asked about the terms and conditions on his site are nearly word for word copied from http://www.gearforgirls.co.uk/terms/

Got a reply stating he got his t&c' from clickdocs.co.uk and then i got this email:

Hi Andy

Excuse me BUT I HAVE NOT RIPED OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. NOR AM I
SCAMING WITH WII'S WHY DONT YOU BE A MAN AND GIVE ME YOUR TELELPHONE
NUMBER SO WE CAN CHAT ABOUT THIS.

My first email asking about how I can be sure your site is legit went unreplied. My second email stating you have copied the t&c's from another site managed to get a response which you corrected me on how you and other websites get their t&c's. Fair enough.

Lovely email I received from you below only confirms my suspicions. Normally I'd just wait until people who have already ordered receive their items before placing my own order. But on receipt of your good customer care email below I think I'll manage without your service.

Hell no.. Although I've heard of a few people who have got the item they ordered. i've also heard aot a lot of people who just requested a refund straight away (and got them).. I'm starting to sway more to the "this isn't a scam" feeling. But not prepared to put money on it!

I ordered a Xbox Live gold pass from them digital download on Monday - 12 hour response... still waiting for it. They claim it must be in my spam filter. Funny how their response email got through though :)

I've bought a DS lite which are still in stock on the website, bought it with 2 games as a bundle and paid by Paypal. Hoping I'm at least protected paying with Paypal....

Hi just thought I'd let you know that I ordered an Xbox live 12 month membership from Bizits 4 days ago and I still haven't got it. Phone number they provide is useless as it always goes to answer phone and only got 1 email back from (surprise surprise) John saying he would send me another code and that has yet to arrive. I'll keep you posted on the out come of this, in the meantime though I would say use with caution. :(

Just letting you guy's know that I got fed up of waiting for any reply from Bizits so opened a dispute with Paypal and within about 10 minutes my dispute was closed and I got a full refund.

Second that note - I just opened a dispute and I was refunded within 10 minutes, the bloke may have a hard time keeping up on normal emails, but I'm very happy with the refund service, might even have got my DS from him if I'd waited, but managed to get one elsewhere.

I filled a dispute with paypal after getting no response to emails and then got and insta reply with my code. So I have got what I wanted just took some badgering. Not sure if this guy has just gotten too much orders to deal with or whats going on.

my gf ordered a wii through bizits and was advised stock was due in on 10/12/07. She has tried to contact him 4 times over the last week or so and has had no response at all. am i right to be concerned????

There seems to be alot of people in the same boat. You'll find loads more in this forum also: http://community.eu.playstation.com/showthread.php?t=168052 .

I ordered a DSlite create your own bundle on 05/12 and then another of the same a couple of days later. I received a receipt via email for the 1st one but have not received anything for the 2nd (for which the 2nd we paid for quicker delivery).

I tried to call Bizits several times today but I just got the answerphone which just said that the person I was trying to contact was not available. This worried me as it didn't bear any relation to a Company so I Googled the Company name and these forums came up.

After reading these threads I decided to contact 'John' by email. He responded this afternoon saying that he will track my order and come back to me. He also went on to say that order may be delayed by 24 hrs at this busy time of year. I then sent him a second email voicing my concerns after hearing derogatory remarks about the Company and just asked him to be honest if my order will be received before Xmas or not, so far he has not responded... I will keep you posted!

My experience of this website:

Ordered 'in stock' Nintendo DS and 2 games Tuesday. I emailed them to ensure they had stock. They replied within a couple of hours to confirm it would be sent Weds. Weds eve having received no disptch notification I emailed....no response. Thurs AM called their phone number and got the same ****** anwerphone that others have experienced. Left a message for what it was worth. Finally, about lunchtime I started a Paypal dispute but stated if the item had been dispatched or was just about to be then just say so......4 hours later they refunded me on Paypal.

Dont think they are scammers but they have clearly got themselves in too deep at the busiest time of year.

Well, like most on this thread, I haven't received my Xbox live codes so I'm going to open a paypal dispute. The most annoying thing is that "John" claimed that it had been sent already. Well, the website claims digital delivery in hours but a paypal eccheque takes 4-7 days to clear (didn't realise that until now). So either he did sent it on without ensuring he had been paid (not good business practice for SOHO business) or it was a stock response. Sent 3 emails since, no response.

I'll leave it up to you to guess what my advice is if you intend to buy from this trader. :)

We ordered on the 03/12 and had the order confirmation from the website and obviously had the payment confirmation from paypal. We sent a couple of emails and heard nothing and then did a bit of searching and came across a few forums with people who are starting to have similar issues :S
On the 12th we recieved what seemed like a blanket email to all customers saying that they where having large volumes of orders and he aims to get most peoples out by this friday with tracking numbers supplied. We where starting to get more concerned, with more people on the forums getting conerned we yesterday decided to file a claim with paypal with today escalating it to a full dispute.

One of the items was the digital update code for xbox live membership which was said to arrive within a few hours which we haven't recieved.

I believe we have been more than patient with this guy and we are having to make alternative arrangements to get presents by other means thanks to this guy!!!

hi there..to everyone on this post who's apparently been ripped off by bizits, i.e. placed and paid for an order which they haven't received, attempts at communication with seller have been completely fruitless as have paypal disputes/claims that have been lodged, I would direct you to this link http://community.eu.playstation.com/showthread.php?p=3152439&posted=1#post3152439 where quite a few of us in the same boat are trying to organise some sort of united front..check page 16 of the post, Serious Geek has set up an e-mail address for everyone to send their transaction details, what you ordered and when, order nos, paypal IDs, dispute/claim nos, etc to him in the fervent hope :cry:that we can get our money back..grr, what I would like to do that guy right now..

"Mr John Murphy" ran a company called rjlectronics which sold very cheap electronic items and also console games. Within 3-4 months users didn't receive games and also lost out on his Ebay account to - loads of negative feedback from unhappy users getting "done".
He also ran a photography business and if you search for his name on Google there are plenty of forums and message boards about him :whistling:
