Thanks, think il try drinking more water as they seem to be permenantly on me now lol.

Also am not into using make up to cover it. Am looking for ways to heal them rather then cover them, thanks :)

i have a friend in the same boat. Its not hereditary with him as none of his family have them. I done loads of research online for him about them and it can be loads of things causing them. Most commonly its allergies to food or things in your environment. Or could be vitamin deficiency, u can get ur levels checked at ur local GP`s, its pretty routine. Could also be iron deficiency/anemia and then theres also thyroid probs that cause them. Go see ur doctor like my mate did. They took a little blood sample from him and were able to run tests checking for deficiencies, iron/anemia and thyroid probs all from the one visit. Also if u have any other symptoms to go along with them its easier to narrow down.

You can also have too much sleep ! ...Water as some have said...no alchyhol as that messes up skin big time.

Benefit eyecon actually lightened my dark circles after a few months - so you have persevere but it lasts ages. Then to cover them Lancome do a great little pen/brush thing, better than Touche Eclat in my opinion.

a lot of people use that as a temp wrinkle fix - but as Sassie said - skin is so thin there and I reckon would do more harm than good in the long run

So is this truth or beauty myth? Well, there is actually some truth here: Hemorrhoid cream can help shrink blood vessels around the eyes to temporarily decreasing swelling and redness
http://nz.lifestyle.yahoo.com/b/skintype/12593/puffy-eyes-does-hemorrhoid-cream-work/
like i said i have never used the stuff and would imagin there s a possible chance of reaction as with all creams x
