You need a new lcd screen. Unless its a white screen which shows an error in the middle.

It's just a blank white screen :S I'm trying to get insurance to fix it but i just wondered if i could do it myself..

I assume you have pulled battery out, given about 5 mins then put back in again?

What happens when you try plugging in via USB? Does DTM pick it up at all?

It looks like the screen is faulty, so you would need a new one, which can cost from £30-60, so I would suggest get it replaced by your insurance..

It's just the same if i pull the battery, i can get it up on desktop manager but still white screen.
