Sandblasting!

You can use Caustic Soda, but read the packet carefully and make sure you rinse the pan several times.

Salt water solution over night depending on how bad it is.

Half fill with water add some washing up liquid bring to the boil, take it off the heat leave to stand for ten minutes, pour away the water and scrub, it should come up as new

Will work a lot better if you put a lid on it after taking it off the heat. Let the steam do all the work. Will come off a lot easier. No need to use any cleaning agents with steam

Bring some water to the boil, add some bicarbonate of soda so it fizzes. Remove from heat and leave to cool overnight. Give it a good scrub. You may have to repeat but this has always worked for me.

Use cheap vingear, let it soak for half hour and then rinse.

Put in hot water and biological detergent. Leave overnight - will rinse straight off in the morning.

I wonder if your pan really is stainless steel?

If you have already tried the obvious stuff you need to get brillo pads, Cif cream and give it some welly.

Ok maybe not stainless steel but its metallic colour and isnt non stick.

Probably aluminium then - much harder to clean.

Brillo pads and cif is the way to go, or ... the bin!
