i personally hate it when adults do this, working in a school i think theres nothing worse that someone presenting something to a child with no interest whatsoever.

the guy in blue could have made a little more effort, yes your little boy was most likely happy either way, but still, does it take a lot to crouch a little and say 'well done little buddy' with a smile on your face?

Congratulations to your little boy, at least he has proud parents if not a proud coach/whoever giving the prize.

no i dont have kids but i do football coaching with the sfa...we even offer schemes for free at xmas and summer but we just dont get the interest i wish we would get...footballers are a dying breed and its great to see little kids still wanting to play and something real rather than play xbox or ps3 all day

we have tired it all im telling you i think its just the scottish population we must be scared of fresh air....we done a three day course in school a few months back instead of the kids having pe (NOBODY WAS FORCED TO PARTICITPATE THEIR WAS OTHER ACTIVITES AVAILABLE) and then offered a 3 week course for free after school but only 4 out of the 65 kids we took over that week showed it was such a disappointment!

i really would love a job with the english fa coaching cos its so much more organised ( for kids not the pros) sorry had to be done"!

sounds like ur very dedicated..... try look for a job in English FA so ur talents dont go unwasted or maybe a different branch of SFA......??
