From the 8th of Feb you can sent a Bliss Kiss card to your loved one for a donation to support Bliss the Premature Baby Charity.

You can also organise a fundraising events for them, Its a great charity so although not a deal its well worth supporting, which is why I am posting it on here, Its my first post so please be gentle.

What a lovely idea.
I have a friend who has had 2 prem babies both delivered @ 24 weeks sadly one was not strong enough and passed away after 1 week but the other is a thriving 5 year old and if it wasn't for charities like this there wouldn't be the help and support needed for these babies.
The cards cost £2.99 to send and £2.00 goes to bliss.

Well done to your brother.

I've no problem giving to charity but as with a lot of people I guess I do that rather than give up my free time so always glad to hear that there are a few people out there willing to go the 'extra mile'.

(If he has an ID on HUKD then PM me & I'll send some rep his way)

thanks dearest uncle charlie, and for your pm.

he's a crafty so and so and will not tell me his user name, but going up to visit him next week so will have to hijack his pc, hehe.

i am not sure how he does it all, works full time, bring boys up, charity work and fun time too, eg: hes off white water canoeing at min, he makes my life seem so very dull.
will say though he's a lovely person even though he calls me " mrs bouquet " lol

also will say to everyone that reads this.

Bliss do some fantastic work and with out this extra help they provide we may not have all the specialist equipment and support they provide.
