she doesnt have pocket money, but she does have a little job, nah i couldnt she was obviously in a rush and just forgot and to be fair she did buy this one herself as they changed colour last year and there was nothing wrong with her old one which she could have worn for another year, so she got it herself

Some schools have a lost property sale where all items unclaimed are washed etc and then sold to parents for cheap,if you dont mind 2nd hand. Ideal to tie you over for last few weeks of school.
Not all schools do it though so you would have to check.

Same thing happened to OH's cousin, she didnt realise that she had left them on the chair, sat down(was only wearing her pants), burnt her leg, the burn was disgusting, she's still scarred.

yes, burns/scalds are really horrid

I sat on the bars of an electric fire when I was about 2, fortunately no scars now as they heal pretty good the younger you are.

I had a friend/neighbour when I was a kid, I used to play with and she had hot chip fat poured over the front of her, by accident obviously. But her Mum whipped off her top... and most of the skin from her chest came off with it ... so awful for her. She had to have skin grafts as she grew older too to allow for when she developed as a woman.

I reckon half the females in Britain have been branded by their GHDs; my Katy has a nice set as well as almost cauliflower ears from all the times she's caught them.

omg that made me think back, dont know how old i was, but we used to have a little electric fire thing on the landing of our house, we used to get out of the bath and go dry ourself by this little heater thing, it wasnt a fire with the elctric bars but had a grid over where the heat came out, and i was having a warm and bent down and burnt mu butt on the grid, never left a scar, but this ghd burn was deep and has left a scar
