did anyone view it and if so what is your opinion. I think the treatment of the Polish lad was despicable and as for that native cowboy . . . scumbag.

Yes I watched it and did think the polish guy was treated harshly. I do hope he does a good job with the electricians extensions and gets more work through recommendations.

Made me wonder where I could find a polish builder - the only ones I can find are british and keep standing me up!

Find out where in your town the polish people live and put up some adverts in shops on lamposts and in phonebox's. I would suggest getting a PAYG sim so as not to publicly announce your normal mobile number. Just put "budowniczy potrzebny" (builder needed) and your PAYG phone number.

What a pair of numpties, Polish guy makes no money, British guy makes a mess after the usual delays. If you want it done properly get a profesional, neither had any qualification did they, or did I miss something, the brit guy's effort was abismal and at least the pole guy's did look ok. yeah watched this, felt very sorry for the Polish Builder, he had a conscience and wanted to do the best job at the best price. He cared about what people thought, for example carrying out some extra work so it looked good to the neighbours even though it meant him not earning money. That couple were quick enough to take him on. THe cheek of them to insist on using their own electrician out of his estimate! They were so harsh.

hope those nupties apologise to the polish guy, after the mess that british cowboy made and £16000 the pole was miles better, he obviously cared too much,no pleasing some.
I wood never have given any money upfront to the british cowboy, that poor bloke was well suckered.

I felt so sorry for the polish guy as he was really making an effort and the people paying him treated him like dirt as they thought as he's polish they could take him for a run
but the english ones were lazy sob's - 141 days i mean wtf - plus the job was awful

im a builder and i couldnt belive the cr*p that english guy did hopefully he wont get any work after this , the polish guy was a true gent and i wish him well and hope he gets lots of work and makes some money, he deserves it as for that guy saying about polish workmanship what a cheek, him and hes guys were a bunch of numpteys. ps if any of you want a extension always insist to see some of there previous work if they dont want to show you go somewhere else

Yep i felt for the Polish guy, thought British guy was ignorant, hope the guy who paid for his lame job throws the civil book at him.
i'd employee the Polish guy, thought the couple were ignorant and tight, sometimes you get what you pay for, they wanted top top rated stuff, although they only paid £12000. Really tight.

the polish guy did a great job he was polite , hard working, conscientious and a blo ody good worker I'd hire him and his pals any day over the British guy and his neandetal men - the woman wanted it cheap, changed her mind on the electrician and was over fussy - she got a brilliant deal and was totally out of order the way she treated the polish guy - he deserves to get more work from genuine people and i hope the way the couple spoke to him doesn't put him off British people and continuing the excellent work ethics he has

Yeah but would you want someone who can't map out simple dimensions, to get someone on the cheap to do your wiring. I think not

Didn't watch the beginning (watched the mid to end), but I definately agree, the polish worker had heart and passion in what he does. When he points everything out and says "free of charge" to the camera, you knew he wants to get the job done and satisfy his customers in his power. Things happen, yes, but he made a good effort.

Or think of it this way. Assume both players did the same poor job. The polish worker done it in less days and less money and gave some freebies. The british worker done it in (i think 3 times) more time, and more money.
