Just wondering if any of you have the 'Perfect' way of doing boiled eggs?
I myself, like the yolk runny, but with the white cooked through solid.
I've just made some by boiling for 2 mins. Turn off the heat and cover for a further 2 mins. (Probably could do with a further 1 minute and the white was a but 'spunky')
So, whats your method?
