Any bets on them blaming Iran or Al Qaeda and using that as an excuse?

Why would you want to claim responsibility to shoddy bomb making skills :w00t:

I would have thought a better question would be why would you want to build a bomb to kill civillians walking the streets in a tourist area.

Hmm what's worse here, a couple of fireworks and stuff in an SUV or almost 300 million firearms carried by american people?

Pretty obviously planting bombs to kill innocent people who happened to be in the wrong place in the wrong time. I'm not surprised you've tried to trivialise this and introduce your usual anti USA crap.

Let me just check if i'm hearing this right.....

You are saying that this recent incident (More of a small, fire producing device than a bomb) is worse than almost 30,000 gun related deaths in the US every year? (Not counting injuries which are probably close to 100,000 a year)?

LOL.. so you dont move goalposts?

So how did this:

Hmm what's worse here, a couple of fireworks and stuff in an SUV or almost 300 million firearms carried by american people?

Become this?

You are saying that this recent incident (More of a small, fire producing device than a bomb) is worse than almost 30,000 gun related deaths in the US every year?

For some reason, you appear to think individual murders mounting up, makes terrorist attacks insignificant.

Next you will be saying 3000 dying in flaming tall towers is a similar scenario 'cos the numbers are lesser.

Terrorist attacks anf terrorist are the scum of the earth. I really don't know why you always trivialise it or blame someone else.

The two facts are linked.

Many people resort to terrorism. Take for instance Robert Fiore, Good friend of Nick Griffin and close ally of BNP, since his time living in France.

Quote for San Francisco Sentinel...

"Mr Fiore, who once said he was happy to be described as a neo-fascist, was sentenced in 1985 to 10 years prison in Italy, in his absence, for being a member of the political wing of the Armed Revolutionary Nuclei, a fascist terror group. The group’s armed wing was implicated in the Bologna bombing of 1980, which killed 85 people."

Looks like we need to be vigilant when Scumbag Griffin and his friends are about.

BTW Do you know how Nick Griffin really lost his eye in France?
Kind of injury Terrorists get when they are training! :whistling:

It could be terrorism, or local hoods.

Either way, I'm glad that it didn't go off and everything is A-OK.

Well, as you may know, the gun related deaths/injuries completely dwarf the 9/11 incidents.
The US needs to stop eveyone carrying guns or it's just going to get worse and more people are going to die.

Simply tell me if you think that a terrorist attack with airlines crashing into tall buildings causing 3000+ deaths and billions of dollars of damage and starting wars, is insignificant when compared to the quoted number of deaths with firearms.

The way it reads is you do think that.

I'll agree with you that US firearms laws are stupid. I'd certainly not want to own one, but then of the 300 million owned, I doubt the owners would want to build a bomb and blow up innocent people either.

Sorry. I'm aware what hypocrasy means, but fail to see where this exists? Are you trying to say Griffin is resposible for this car bomb?

Whatever the point you are making. Nick Griffin is an ass.... but I doubt very much he has been building bombs to blow people up. Just making silly inuendos and storytime gossip doesn't make it a fact.

Now about your forum obsession with Nick Griffin..........

Well if we take purely the 9/11 event (not including the aftermath), then i will stick with my comment.
And my reason for that is because buildings can be rebuilt, damages can be fixed, vehicles can be rebuilt.
But lives can never be replaced, so i take into account the 3000+ lives of 9/11 compared to the many times higher amount of firearm related crimes.

But if we take the 9/11 incident including the aftermath, then it's a totally different story, as the aftermath meant that hundreds of thousands, if not over a million civillians in Iraq, Afghanistan and even Pakistan have been killed, with uncountable injured, which far outweighs the firearm related deaths and injuries. Not forgetting everyone in those two countries now living worse off.

Yeah what's ironic about the armed Americans is that so many of those firearm related incidents happen in their own homes, which makes it even worse, as they are supposed to protect those people.

The hypocrisy comes from the Op who continually starts threads supposedly because he is concerned about crime and terrorism while he advocates support for a fascist organisation full of, and lead by criminals and connected to many acts of terror.

People can judge what is gossip and innuendo very easily by doing some research on their own.

Know thine enemies.

I think there is still a degree of uncertainty who may be responsible at this stage. Sky News has its own biases so worth keeping a bit of an open mind at the moment
There are potentially others that could fit in the frame. I watched this for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Michael Moore - Bowling for Columbine. I personally will hold off judgement at this point and see what else is uncovered. Not convinced they know enough just yet.
