Both films are scheduled hit the cinema next year. Both are going to be 2 of the (if not THE) most anticipated films of the year.

Batman Begins and Casino Royale breathed fresh life into two of the most well known franchises out there. Batman Begins took a kiddy (and very poor!) movie series in a much darker direction, while Casino Royale portrayed the previously unbelievable (often to the point of stupidity) James Bond as a very believable and human character.

I think both will be epic let downs...
- Batman Begins focused on the beginnings of Batman and didn't touch the more childish villains Batman is known for, such as Joker, whom will be the villain of The Dark Knight. It will be much harder to make The Dark Knight as adult as Batman Begings.
- Casino Royale strikes me as a one-off; the beginning of a new Bond. With a new director and the ending of Casino Royale, it's pretty safe to say Bond 22 will be a return to the standard Bond formula - Stupid plot, unbelievable action sequences thrown at you 24/7, stupid gadgets, brainless bimbos that throw themselves at James and an uninteresting villain.

It's hard to pick which I want to see the most. I'll go for Bond 22 based on how awesome the new Mr. Bond was in Casino Royale. :w00t:

I don't know the rules of poker either, but it was easy enough to get into since the main part of poker is bluffing.

Not seen Tim Burton's 1989 Batman with Jack Nicholson as Joker then? Nice and dark and gothic just like it should be, hardly childish .

I wasn't that impressed with Casino Royale tbh, sure it's a vast improvement over the recent **** starring Brosnan but it still had those ****** little bits in like the defibrillator scene that completely spoiled what could've been a great film, Connery and Daltan will take some beating for me and tbh Bourne is more like Bond should be than Bond these days, the Bourne series are much better films than the recent Bond efforts......
