Hi. We've booked a flight to Hong Kong already, and are now researching where to stay. We are looking at expedia, and thats about it. Can people give me some other good, reputable, websites which could be used? Maybe sites which have specific deals and offers, or maybe sites that are Hong Kong specific. Any help would be appreciated.

i've used the newton hotel on boundary rd in kowloon

5 mins walk to underground, plus very close to a large park and also yuen po street bird garden just a few mins walk away

i got a decent deal cos my mate knew a lad who worked there

not too expensive anyway

only about 20-30 mins walk into kowloon main shopping district

i'd go back there tomorrow - i love HK

ive just got back from hongkong and i stayed in a hostel, was scary lol
go to tripadvisor for peoples reviews on hotels, but generally holiday inns are superb for a cheap price
p.s hong kong is very cramped and bit smelly

Hi mate, i dont know if your still checking this but im currently in australia and just come from hongkong on a world trip. I booked 5 nights in the renaissance harbour view hotel really cheap on roundtheworldflights.com. They are a UK company, and offer really good value. The hotel was amazing, was right on the shoreline on hong kong island overlooking kowloon with the ferry port directly across the road which cost about 40p to get across and goes every 5 mins till 11 at night from 6 in the morning. The hotel was proper luxery and probably the best customer service ive ever had in a hotel. If you want anymore advice let me know. Baz
