i sent payment but not by gift, i paid the extra fees to cover myself and ive now gone to paypal to get a refund.
everything was good lots of comms and the seller told me a few days after i paid the hardrive had gone and that he would refund me or if i had another one i could try that and he would refund me £20 back, fair enough i have another harddrive so said i still wanted it.
he said he was going to source some packaging from work and hopefully have it sent out last thursday, i waited but didnt hear anything so contacted him and checked my emails and saw he sent me back £20 with a message saying he couldnt get any packaging so was going to get some over the weekend, again fair enough, but then since then i havent had any contact so i tried the contact number which at first day rang but no answer but since tuesday i think its always gone through to voice mail.
im abit shocked this has happend cause his feedback is good and when paypal refund me the £83 i fully intend to send back the £20 he sent me, im just wondering if anyone has any other contact details for him or whats the best way to deal with this feedback wise?
