Its happened to my son, the dreaded red light thingy. It works intermittently but its only 7 months old. I have rang tesco customer services (and electical) departments and spoken to several stores. The customer services told me to ring the electrical and electrical told me ring the store or to get into contact with customer services and then the stores all say they have none and that they have received a message about the red lights and there is a special number to ring. No-one know what it was though:x
Anyway i looked on tesco electrical online and they seem to have them in stock or at least it takes the order, (i presume they do) and i have asked a store if i buy one from online can i get a full refund for the items from tesco upon returning it. I told them its less than 12months old so would they do that. The lady i spoke to seemed to think they would. Is there anyone here that would be know as i don't want to buy another and then they refuse to refund.
