  I have a Logitech Harmony 555 remote, the buttons have faded on it and when I mentioned it to customer services they sent me out a brand new Harmony One remote free of charge (circa £100)

  We sell these in our shops and tell all customers just how good Brabantia bins are, and how good their customer service is.
  Its great to hear others find them good too!
  Great to hear about good companies for a change,rather than all the one that fail their customers with poor sand shoddy service

  we have a barbantia, no broken lids- but bought with knowledge knowing their CS is outstanding :)
