Bradcot Awning Help needed

I have a Bradcot Active awning with the easy alloy poles - it's a 990cm one from 1997. Unfortunately at the end of last season one of the poles got broken. Forgot about it for the winter but now need a replacement, but I seem to have lost the instruction diagram with the part numbers on it that I need to order the bits that broke.

Has anyone any idea where I can get a copy of the diagram - Bradcot seem to be quite rubbish, never answer the phone, don't return emails or calls when you leave a message - and my dealer needs the numbers to be able to order for me.
