Hey guys

We picked up one of the Bread makers today from Currys, were just about to add the recipe for normal White bread

Is there any tips people can give before starting the machine, like add a bit more salt, leave in the oven for a bit longer etc.

Cheers

I reckon that a bread maker is pretty much foolproof Bazz!!

Yes, follow the instructions to the letter, in minute detail, and all will be well. Panasonic I hope.

wrights bread mix is the best I have used.

although I tend to make my own using hovis granary flour and that comes out better than the hovis granary loaves from the shops!
